Library Bond Election - November 4, 2025

Bee Cave voters will decide on two ballot measures related to the proposed library:

Proposition A Authorizes construction of a new library on city-owned land (Skaggs property) on Bee Cave Parkway.

Proposition BAuthorizes issuance of $19.98 million in general obligation bonds to fund the new building, site development, and parking. If approved, the bond would result in a property tax increase of up to $0.0148 per $100 of valuation. For the average taxable home value in Bee Cave, this equals approximately $9.50 per month, or $114 per year.
